To know me is to know I love puns, and what better time to stick with them than the holidays?! This Cactus Inspired Valentine's Party would be a perfect theme to celebrate with your fave gal pals Galentine's style, and could easily transition into a Cinco de Mayo fiesta as well!
Disclosure: As a member of the Oriental Trading Fun Squad, I received compensation and/or products in exchange for my styling and crafting services. As always, all opinions are my own.
I started by creating a major focal point in the room with the balloon cactus backdrop. Although it wasn't difficult to create, the challenge was finding the best medium to use in order to actually keep the balloons on the wall! You can find all the steps to recreate your own over on the Oriental Trading Fun365 site. In all honesty, I saw that adorable cactus ring toss game and designed the whole party around it...has that ever happened to you?
In sticking with the theme (get it...stick...cactus...hee hee!), I created these on point mini cactus photo card holders which I placed next to a potted cacti at each place setting. The adorbs "Stuck With Me" printable tag was designed by my gal pal Jen T. by Design.
This ah-mazing drip cake was decorated by Mel of Say Anything Bakery. Isn't it to die for?! She splashed the bottom with a healthy dose of custom sprinklefetti from The Bakers Party Shop, and topped them with gorgeous cacti cookies she hand-painted!
Don't forget to pop over to Fun365 to see the full party and get your fill of eye candy!
Happy Valentine's Day!
