I've always thought a winter wedding with white fluffy snow all around would be simply magical! Guests could come all bundled up in beautiful laid-back layers of plaid and tulle and celebrate the happy couple's nuptials in a cozy barn complete with lots of twinkling lights and candles.
Well, we don't get much snow here in Texas, but that doesn't mean you can't have a cozy down-home winter affair outdoors in a beautiful farm setting!

Living in Texas usually means we're blessed with mild winters, therefore an outdoor, or at least partial outdoor wedding isn't completely out of question. When I think of winter my mind immediately goes to layers and tartan plaids. This cozy winter wedding centers around those things and the end result is nothing short of gorgeous!
Letting the outdoors shine and only adding a few decor items is the perfect way to keep the budget down.
Simple desserts and delicious cocktails will keep everyone happy throughout the night.
Photo booths are so popular at weddings now, so we dressed up a vintage truck to serve as the perfect spot for all the guests to take selfies. You can find all the details to create your own selfie station here.
If you're planning a wedding, or know someone who is, or are just looking for a bit of farmhouse decorating style, I'd be delighted if you'd take a peek at the full Cozy Winter Farm Wedding over on the Oriental Trading Fun365 site here!
