Easter Bunny Brunch

April 10, 2017

Can you believe Easter is only 6 days away?! Well don’t you fret about wracking your brain to come up with last minute party ideas because we’ve got you covered with our super adorable Bunny Brunch!

We lucked out with a gorgeous sunny spring day for our brunch, but this look could easily be recreated indoors if the weather isn’t cooperating. You just need a well-styled tablescape, and a fun bunny ear backdrop.

The key to any pretty place setting, in my opinion, is always a layered approach. Here we placed pink egg-shaped plates (found in the Target dollar spot) on top of polka dot lavender napkins, and topped them both off with mini ceramic yellow Easter baskets I picked up at Home Goods.

I found the pre-mixed “bunny bait” trail mix at Target, and packaged it in smaller treat bags then added a cute tag. Your guests can either dive right in and eat them during your party, or take them home for later.

How cute is the bunny marquee sign I found at Wal-mart?! It definitely made for a fun centerpiece. And of course no Easter celebration would be complete without a healthy dose of Cadbury Mini Eggs! We served them as toppers for our waffle bar, but couldn’t resist adding them to the bunny candy jar, also a Wal-mart find.

Never one to leave a water bottle undecorated, I added DIY confetti egg shapes to a strip of yellow polka dot ribbon. Super easy and fits right in with our DIY confetti eggs.

Our photo booth got a little makeover thanks to some giant confetti bunny ears. A simple nose and colorful whiskers gives it a little whimsy. Although ours is made out of wood, you could easily recreate this look using foam core or poster board and just affix straight to the wall.

I couldn't resist adding some confetti ears and fluffy tail to the HOP balloon banner. Confetti allllll the things!

“Bunny tail” donuts and a mini waffle bar are perfect nibbles to serve for a kiddo’s brunch. Our toppings were edible Easter grass, Cadbury Mini Eggs, pastel colored sprinkles and a healthy dose of whipped cream!

Cupcakes topped with little bunny picks found at Michael’s were also served... because cupcakes for breakfast are always a good idea!

Hope you all have a Hoppy Easter!
