Glam Safari

October 18, 2016

We recently had one of our sweet little clients request a "Go Diego Go" themed party to go along with our Posh Pet Paw-ty Package, and not being one to shy away from a challenge, I accepted and dove right in! Of course since we're all about everything girly in our little slice of the world, I had to change things up slightly. Her momma is creating her invitations and will add some printables to the decor for the day of the party, but here's a peek at our new "Glam Safari Pet Paw-ty" theme!

I'm completely smitten with the colors! My inspiration drew from the watercolor giraffe clipart that I found on Etsy...isn't she the prettiest giraffe you've ever seen?! The safari animals even received a little makeover inspired by the colors in her mane!

I mean...the COLORS!!!

The tassels are from my talented friend and owner of GlamFete. She has amazing banners, tassels, cake toppers and more! I am usually a very DIY kinda gal, but I have ZERO patience for cutting, rolling and twisting tissue paper...I'll leave that to the pros!

I'm slightly obsessed with rosette cakes, and although I could have just gone with a faux cake for our photoshoot, I opted for the real deal, then donated it the teachers and staff at my son's school. Have you ever met a teacher who didn't need a little sugar to boost their day? Nope, me neither.

These hair ties would make the perfect party favor! They come on a card, which Christina can personalize with any message you'd like. Love how they looked on the little elephant tray!

I'm so excited to transition these paper fans into the table decorations for our new theme. And how cute is that little lion with his fancy new mane?!

We'll launch the new theme the second week in November, so check our Party Packages page to see what we've come up with! Here's one last look at the set-up, because I just can't get enough! Can you tell it was a windy day? That darn balloon didn't want to play nice! LOL!
