is proud of its excellent reputation throughout
the community and neighboring towns. We attribute our success
to the hundreds of successful parties hosted by
Sugar and Spice
and also because of our fair policies and most importantly, our
devotion to the guest of honor.
Our policies are
designed to deliver a sensational, memory making party for the guest
of honor. We Celebrate HER! and therefore strictly adhere
to the following practices in order to make this a special day for
everyone involved...
- A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time
of booking a party. Camp deposits are also
non-refundable but vary in amount, please see
Camps.
- All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to
postpone your party, you may postpone once. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for
your consideration. If you choose to cancel our services
for ANY reason, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits cannot
be applied to other services or merchandise.
- Deposits due may be paid in the form of cash,
check or credit card. The remaining balance must be paid
in full by the end of the party. Checks are NOT
accepted for final payment. Please use cash and/or
a credit card when paying your balance at the end of the party.
- A final headcount is required three business days before the
date of your party.
- There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
- The package price is for 8 girls plus the birthday girl, for
a total of 9 girls. There will be an additional charge for each girl
beyond the package total of 9 (this includes the birthday girl).
Additional charge per girl varies depending on the package, see
package details.
- If less than 9 girls (this includes the birthday girl)
attend the party, you will still be charged the regular package
price. No exceptions, please.
- If there is room, parents and other adults are always
welcome to stay, however, it is not necessary. Siblings need to
be supervised in the front with adults, unless they are one of
the guests.
- Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule.
Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the
party has progressed to. For example, if the guests have
already completed makeup and hair and have started dancing, the
late guest will skip makeup and hair and join in the dancing.
- Gift opening occurs at the end of the party, time
permitting. We strictly adhere to the allotted 1 and 1/2
hours for each party. If there is not enough time,
unopened gifts will be sent home.

A $45/15 minutes or $75/30 minutes service charge will be applied
for overtime. NOTE: Present opening is NOT an included
activity with our parties. However, if opening presents is an
important activity to the birthday girl, we will make every effort
to include at the end of the party if time allows.
